The Killers, The Cure & Stormzy Lead Glastonbury 2019 Lineup

The Killers, Stormzy, The Cure, Kylie and Janet Jackson are this year's Glastonbury headliners, it has been revealed.

Stormzy tops the bill on the Pyramid Stage on Friday, The Killers will play Saturday and The Cure follow on Sunday.

The Killers confirmed the news in a tweet Friday.

The Glastonbury 2019 line up is out.

The Cure has headlined Glastonbury three times previously, and will now tie Coldplay for the most headlining sets in the festival's history.

The band previously performed at the event as headliners in 1986, 1990 and 1995.

'We're a little way off being 50/50 across the whole festival, but in 2017 the Park Stage was 50/50 and that will be the case on other stages this year. Janet Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Kylie Minogue, Miley Cyrus, Vampire Weekend and Liam Gallagher were also announced as part of the lineup.

Glastonbury's line-up is made up of 42 per cent female artists, and the event have aimed to make sure there is as close to a 50/50 gender-balanced bill as possible.

More acts have yet to be announced for Glastonbury Festival 2019 which takes place on June 26 to 30. Tickets for this year's festival reportedly sold out in half an hour, with a portion of the proceeds going to charitable organizations like Oxfam, Wateraid, Greenpeace and more.
