The latest game has been developed in collaboration with Tencent's Timi Studio which offers popular games such as Honor of Kings and CrossFire. The game, which appears to be simply titled Call of Duty: Mobile, is a free-to-play game that promises "heart-pounding, adrenaline-fueled action of Call of Duty with you wherever you go". Activision has announced that it is bringing one of its biggest properties to mobile, with Call of Duty Mobile soon available in your pocket.

The mobile game is also promised to come with weapons feature console-like fidelity and polished gunplay. The developer also advises that Call of Duty Mobile is optimised for high-end phones, but it can be playable on some mid-range devices on Android and iOS platforms.

Prior to this official announcement, Activision was testing Call of Duty Mobile with limited users in Australia. If you like single-player, stay away. The game was available to download via an APK file in the country.
