Disney+ to launch in November, priced at $6.99 monthly

It will also have all the shows and movies from Disney's Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar properties, along with original shows for each franchise.

The best news about this announcement for Nintendo fans is the company's intentions to eventually bring the application to the Switch.

PRICES | $6.99 per month; $69.99 for an annual subscription. Disney Chairman and CEO Robert A. Iger unveiled the long-awaited first details today at a presentation in Burbank, Ca, where the executive finally unleashed a glimpse at the streaming service expected to rival giants like Netflix and Amazon, along with the upcoming Apple TV+ launch.

Star Wars was always going to be one of the main Disney+ draws, so for those of you who had been hoping that you'd be able to watch all the movies set in a galaxy far, far away on the service, your wish has been granted.

Via The Wrap, Disney Plus will be available starting November 12th of this year. If that wasn't enough, Disney+ will also have a Frozen 2 behind-the-scenes documentary.
