Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched its first Android Go smartphone in India recently.

If the new Redmi Y3 does come with a 32-megapixel front facing camera, it will be among the most affordable smartphones to feature such a high-res camera. This suggests that Redmi might be working on a smartphone with 32 MP selfie camera. Also, the device is believed to have a 48MP primary camera, as well as a second depth lens destined for portraits in a triple camera array. Weibing's post only denies the presence of a pop-up selfie camera.

But judging by the information made available so far, the upcoming Redmi flagship won't have a display notch or cutout, and won't make use of a pop-up camera.
