Facebook down for some users

Are you facing any issues with Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram?

WhatsApp went down earlier this morning, as fans flooded rival social media sites saying the app isn't working.

A map on the site showed the UK, US and large areas of Europe are affected by the connection issues.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, all of which are owned by Facebook, are experiencing technical issues affected millions of people around the world.

But Benitez's future at the club remains unclear, with the Spaniard having regularly indicated he is unhappy with the lack of investment in his squad.

Frustrated users have since taken to Twitter - their remaining social network - to report their problems, and naturally, the memes have started.

Facebook users found their news feeds refusing to refresh while those trying to reach the main Facebook.com domain found it unavailable. The USA, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and South-American countries are also having problems with social networking apps and website.

Facebook has yet to comment on the outage.
