Motorola has been reportedly working on a Moto Z4 smartphone, which has been in the leaks since past several months. The preceding Moto Z3 might not have been a terribly impressive device, but its dated yet still powerful flagship Snapdragon 835 chip made the phone a bargain at a mid-range cost.

Despite sporting a mid-range chipset from Qualcomm, the Moto Z4 will still offer 5G connectivity with the help of Motorola's 5G Moto Mod.

The Z4 will have a 6.4-inch display, slightly more significant than the 6.22-inch display on the Moto Z4 Play.

The battery on the device is expected to be 3,600mAh with 18W TurboCharge fast-charging support. The battery can also be quickly charged, thanks to Moto's Turbo Charge which will also be supported by the phone.

Moto was expected to release the Z4 Play soon, as the rumors and news have been making rounds on the internet for a long time now.

London climate change activists continue protest after more than 700 arrested
Climate change activists hold placards as demonstrators continue to block the road at Oxford Circus in London on April 20, 2019. Home Secretary Sajid Javid has urged police to use the "full force of the law" to deal with illegal demonstrations.

We're not sure how the Z4 will be priced but Moto's recent pricing scheme has been rather off-putting, and we wouldn't be surprised if this shipped with an MSRP north of US$500.

Like the rear camera, the front camera also has the Quad Pixel technology that results in sharp 6 Megapixel photos. Housed within that notch is said to be a 25 MP selfie camera. Stay tuned to GizBot to know more about the Moto Z4. The document also reveals that Moto Z4 will feature a single 48-megapixel camera on the back.

Further, the report says that the device will run stock Android 9 Pie operating system with "Google's Digital Wellbeing and Lens as well as Motorola's Moto Display, Moto Actions, Moto Experiences". No, but the Moto Z once stood for Motorola's best, yet if this Z4 arrives without the Snapdragon 855, it's hard to view it as anything other than somewhat of a budget play.

91Mobiles claims that they got their hands on the internal marketing material which reveals the key specifications of the Z4.
