Pitch Perfect's Anna Camp & Skylar Astin Split After 2 Years of Marriage

Anna Camp and Skylar Astin have called it quits.

"We can confirm that we have chose to separate, and this decision was made mutually and amicably", read the press release. "We kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this transition", they wrote. They've also unfollowed each other on social media, and have not been spotted at a public event together since October of 2018. They last posted photos of each other earlier in the year. "And I know it sounds, like, gross, everyone's probably gonna throw up about that, but it's actually really true".

Just hours after the pair announced their separation, Camp filed for divorce.

The pair has been together since 2013, following her divorce from Michael Mosley. He's literally my best friend'.

The 36-year-old actress "cited irreconcilable differences and asked to terminate court ability to award support to both petitioner and respondent", a source shares with us.

The split will no doubt come as a surprise to many, as Anna had gushed about finding her soulmate in Skylar. On January 17, she shared a collage of photos from a wedding they attended together, where the couple was pictured laughing together and hugging as he kissed her cheek.

Anna and Skylar began dating in June 2013, and tied the knot in an outdoor ceremony on the central California coast in October 2016. They married in September of that year and did not have any children.

The first year of marriage went great for the lovebirds.

Camp previously spoke about their relationship to People.

'We were friends first and just hit it off, ' Camp shared with Glamour in 2014. "The longer you stay with somebody, the closer you get, and it's really the best thing in the world to have another person that loves you just as much as you love them".
