Deepika Padukone to give befitting reply to Laxmi Agarwal's attackers

Earlier, Deepika and Vikrant's onset video had gone viral. Deepika plays an acid attack survivor in the film, which is inspired by the life and work of Laxmi Agarwal, also an acid attack survivor. Now that they have wrapped up a major schedule, the team is excitedly looking forward for the next. But what caught our attention was in these recent pictures from the occasion, Ranveer can be seen carrying wifey Deepika Padukone's sandals which have totally melted our DeepVeer hearts all over again.

Not only this, several other pictures and videos of the actor shooting for the film have surfaced online. The team has also struck a pose on the outdoor location.

Chhapaak, starring Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey, is "halfway done" as the team wrapped its Delhi schedule on Monday, tweeted director Meghna Gulzar.
