"Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 chip, Redmi 7 has features including a dual rear camera, making it a well-rounded device across departments". The company has revealed that the new smartphone comes loaded with an AI Beauty 4.0 mode along with support for Auto HDR, Screen Flash, AI Portrait Selfie, 80-degree wide angle lens, palm shutter, and Full HD selfie video support. The rear cameras are the same with a combination of 12-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. If you need to expand further, it also supports microSD card expansion up to 512GB with its dedicated slot.

Like the Redmi Note 7, it also has an IR blaster and runs MIUI 10 based on Android Pie.

Xiaomi Redmi Y3 comes features a 6.26-inch notched display, with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The phone would come in three RAM and storage options - 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and 3GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. The phone is powered by 4,000 mAh battery. The phone comes in Nebula Red, Space Black, and Neptune Blue. The phone has a fingerprint sensor at the back. The point is that a Redmi flagship will likely have a 48MP camera, given the Redmi Note 7 Pro also sports this.
