Reports emerged earlier this month suggesting that Spears had voluntarily admitted herself into a facility and planned to stay there for a month in an effort to focus on her own mental wellness while dealing with her father's reported health struggles. This story was originally reported by The Blast.

The 37-year-old singer had checked herself into a 30-day programme in March in the midst of her father Jamie Spears' ongoing health issues.

The "Gimme more" hitmaker responded to the speculations with a video message and long post which she shared on Instagram on Tuesday.

Britney made a decision to seek professional treatment earlier this month after reportedly struggling to deal with the stress of her father Jamie Spears' recent health crisis, following his hospitalization and various surgeries for a ruptured colon.

Luke Perry's final episode of 'Riverdale' to air Wednesday
For the remaining episodes of season 3, it looks like Mary Andrews will fill in for where Fred would have been. It's not yet clear yet how Luke's character, Fred Andrews, will be written out of the show.

A family insider spoke to People and revealed that Britney left the rehab on Thursday and was more than excited to get back to her boys and her boyfriend.

"Wow! There's rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things insane things being said", she captioned the video. "Don't worry. I'll be back very soon". There are rumours, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things insane things being said. My situation is unique, but I promise I'm doing what's best at this moment.

She added: "You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want!" Your love and dedication is awesome, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way.

Since January, when Spears announced she was postponing her Domination Las Vegas residency and her album release to help her father, Jamie Spears recover from a life-threatening ruptured colon, fans have circulated the #FreeBritney hashtag on social media, claiming that Spears was being imprisoned by her team. I've been looking forward to this show and seeing all of you this year, so doing this breaks my heart.
