The New York Jets were slated to pick at No. 3 in the 2019 NFL Draft, but as the draft approached, reports came out that they were trying to trade down. New York's defense certainly took a big leap forward with this selection.

Quinnen Williams, Leonard Williams, and Henry Anderson will form one of the best and most well-rounded starting defensive line trios in the NFL.

On draft night, all of the analysts were hyping him up to be the next Aaron Donald, and rightfully so.

He is Alabama's highest drafted defensive player since linebacker Cornelius Bennett went No. 2 overall in 1987.

Avengers: Endgame sets multiple box office records
The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 104 crore in two days at the domestic box office. Avengers: Infinity War with a total of 222.69 crores, remains the highest grosser in India.

Williams is strong against the run and can create pressure from the interior on passing downs. Atkins is again a fast, explosive lineman from the snap and is a threat to force tackles and sacks on a nightly basis.

While the Jets will dabble in the undrafted market and nearly certainly add a veteran or two in free agency, the roster they'll take to training camp is largely set. If Atkins, a seven-time pro-bowler, is the worst it could get for the young tackle, then he has a bright future ahead of him in NY. Both players have been adamant that the Jets needed to focus on bringing in more defensive talent.

The Jets drafted Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams with the third overall pick Thursday and spent third-round picks on Florida outside linebacker Jachai Polite and USC offensive tackle Chuma Edoga.

"There was never an offer or a deal that we felt good enough to move back from", Maccagnan said shortly after drafting Quinnen Williams.
