It appears that Eden Hazard may have played his last game in the Premier League, with the Chelsea superstar revealing that he has already made a decision about his future in the wake of rumours linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Rumours continue to swirl around links between Hazard and Real Madrid, and should the 28-year-old opt to walk away from Stamford Bridge, the Blues could look to Coutinho as a replacement, the paper says.

Meanwhile, Hazard has stated that his decision is made and reports suggest an announcement will be made after the Blues' Europa League final with Arsenal.

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri said earlier he was still in the dark over Hazard's future. But I don't think it will be as easy as that because if you take into account the transfer ban Chelsea have, I'm not sure they are going to let anyone leave easily that they don't want to.

"I have made my decision, that's it". If it's my last game [the final] I will try to do everything.

Indian Premier League: Mumbai Indians beat Chennai Super Kings in final
In the last couple of games some of Mumbai Indian players like Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma have started to come into form. What is incredible about the Super Kings' record is that they have won 100 games despite missing two seasons due to suspension.

Hazard, however, insisted that Chelsea's presence in Europe's elite club competition next season will have no bearing on his future.

"When you're on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball".

"He has become one of the best two or three players in the world but I think also that we have to respect him and his decision. In my mind, I don't know yet, so I will just try to win games for Chelsea".

Hazard's contract at Chelsea expires next summer, meaning the upcoming transfer window offers the club their greatest opportunity to get a substantial fee for the player, who ended the Premier League season with the most assists (15).

"I hope of course, like every fan of Chelsea, that he will remain with us".
