Kate Middleton and Prince William Set to Meet Baby Archie Today

During the visit, Harry was sweetly gifted a cute teddy bear for Archie from 13-year-old former hospital patient, Daisy Wingrove, a gesture that had the prince beaming.

Archie, who is seventh in line to the throne, also received his own page on the royal family's official website.

While on a three-day tour of Germany the day after Archie was born, the proud grandfather spoke about the newest royal addition.

Prince William and Kate Middleton met their newborn nephew Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor on Tuesday.

Parents typically wait at least a few days-if not weeks or months-before introducing their newborn children to extended family.

Harry was also out and about on Tuesday, taking a tour of Oxford, where he said he can not imagine life without son Archie. There's nothing to see here, truly. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, however, have gotten a chance to meet the baby. "We're absolutely thrilled", the Duke of Cambridge told reporters. Harry and Meghan's son arrived at 05:26, weighing 7lb 3oz, on May 6.

The Sunday Times royal correspondent Roya Nikkhah tweeted about the significance of the photo backdrop: "To mark Mother's Day in the U.S., the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released this picture of baby Archie's feet against a backdrop of forget-me-knots, Diana, Princess of Wales's favorite flowers".

"We honor and celebrate each and every one of you".
