The away fans inside Pride Park made their voices heard, trying out a new chant which poked fun at Derby and Lampard.

The Rams will be backed by a sell-out away section on Wednesday night.

However, Johnson, a former Leeds player, believes all is still to be played for at Elland Road.

"We know that there is a long path to reach our goal, we have just played the first part of the duel and we have the second part to play now", said Bielsa. "It's all about perspective but I was going for the ball, I had no intention to take him down", Harrison said. "My worry is what the players do on the pitch". I thought, in the early parts of the game, we were good, created a couple of chances and we were positive. They defended well, and hit Derby on the counterattack when given the opportunity.

With neither side having had a shot on target in a tightly contested first half at Pride Park, Marcelo Bielsa's team went ahead thanks to Roofe's neat first-time strike 10 minutes into the second half.

Trump tweets optimism on China trade, lines up new U.S. tariffs
If China stops buying American farm products because of tariffs, Trump said, farmers will be compensated. "That's not acceptable. Two U.S. lawmakers voiced support for Trump's trade fight with China, but with reservations.

"The difference is only one goal and the idea is to increase this difference and prevent the opponent from reducing it".

The two clubs have had a hard history this season - the side's clash at Elland Road in January was overshadowed by the "spygate" affair and Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa's admission that he had sent a member of his staff to "spy" on the Rams training the day before the game.

Five games ago we were five points off the play-off positions and the lads have accepted that challenge and got into the play-offs.

"In the very first game (in August) we were the same team we are now, but Derby were a lot inferior to what they are now, so we should be careful about the analysis".
