At 26-years-old, Selena Gomez has faced life-threatening health issues, entered treatment for depression and anxiety, and has taken much-needed breaks from social media to focus on her own emotional well-being.

USA pop singer and actress Selena Gomez has taken aim at social media platforms and their detrimental effect on young people, saying they could be unsafe and contribute to a world of disinformation and bullying.

"I understand that it's incredible to use your platform but it does scare me when you see how exposed these young girls and young boys are", she said.

"I think our world is going through a lot. It is unsafe. I don't think people are getting the right information".

"I also don't do a lot of pointless pictures". "I obviously wanted to create something that matches my lifestyle and that shows the real me - I've said it before, I need something that's comfortable and flattering, pieces that I can just put on and give the impression it took me hours to plan".

America's National Transportation Safety Board has launched a search operation involving aircraft and multiple sea vessels. Authorities say families of the victims have been notified, as have the Canadian and Australian Consulates.

"I see these young girls, devastated with bullying and not being able to have my voice". "I would be careful and allow yourself some time limits of when you should use it and when you shouldn't".

Filmmaker Jim Jarmusch added his praise for the actress, explaining, "Selena has been incredibly admirable in encouraging young people to have their own will and be strong people". The Chanel look she wore today is actually the same suit Kristen Stewart wore during last year's Cannes Film Festival, only that version was rendered in white. "She's a remarkable person".

Arriving in a perfectly Parisian look, Sevigny - who was later joined by The Dead Don't Die co-stars Tilda Swinton, Selena Gomez and Adam Driver for the film's world premiere - sported a striped mini dress for the occasion. According to Murray, he told Vanity Fair, "I don't remember what I said", adding, "I was trying to keep her at ease".

Priyanka Chopra Jonas has opened up about the "really racist behaviour" she experienced when she was in high school.

But Selena Gomez has also been very public about her personal struggles with mental illness. "I'm always pleased to find some kind of pop icon who I really like".
