Las Vegas will play host to the event in 2020.

Per multiple reports, Kansas City's rule proposal to allow both teams possession during overtime failed to garner enough support to force a vote at the National Football League owners meetings Wednesday.

With the Browns on the upswing, it makes sense for such a traditional football town like Cleveland, to get their shot as well.

In recent years, the league has taken the draft out of NY and to Chicago; Philadelphia; Arlington, Texas; and Nashville. That is the same area that hosted the Kansas City Royals' World Series parade in 2015.

EE will switch on its 5G network on 30 May
At launch, EE says it will offer SIM-only plans from £32 per month which will include 20GB of data. This will have a negative impact on 5G consumer takeup in the short term.

"Nashville has become a worldwide travel destination and just hosted the biggest NFL Draft ever, with record highs in attendees and TV viewership", said Mayor David Briley.

Attracting the NFL Draft was a major goal for the Hunt family and a major coup for the Kansas City Sports Commission.

The 86th NFL Draft will bring fans together for free downtown celebrations around First Energy Stadium, including at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as well as on the shore of Lake Erie. It also includes the NFL Draft Experience. Denver had been a finalist to host this year's draft but lost out to Nashville, Tenn. While it seemed likely that the league would choose a joint bid from Cleveland and Canton, Ohio in 2020 to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the league, it was passed over on its bids for 2019 and 2020. The NFL Draft achieved a combined 3.9 HH rating and average of 6.1 million viewers across the broadest distribution including NFL Network, ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes, as well as NFL and ESPN digital and social properties. So, expect Cleveland's turn in 2021 to be a down year for bachelorette party vs. draft drama.
