Samsung Electro-Mechanics, the division that manufactures hardware components like these has confirmed that they are now mass-producing 5x optical zoom camera modules.

The 5x optical zoom camera model is an exciting new development in Samsung's offerings.

Samsung says it was the first smartphone to receive a DxOMark of 100 for its video camera capabilities. One of the big standouts a year ago came from the Huawei P30 Pro and its periscope zoom camera.

One of the biggest difficulties in designing a zoom lens for a phone is space. Manufacturers are constantly trying to make phones as slim and compact as possible, but zoom lenses require a lengthy distance between the sensor and the lens.

That poses a problem for making the phone thinner.

Google Failed To Fully Secure G Suite Passwords For 14 Years
Earlier in May, another security flaw was identified by Google while troubleshooting the new customer sign-up feature of G Suite. The blog post read: "To be clear, these passwords remained in our secure encrypted infrastructure".

Plus, as PhoneArena notes, the specs of what are supposed to be the Galaxy Note 10 Pro and Galaxy Note 10 have already leaked, and the rumors have not mentioned a 5x zoom camera up until now.

Samsung takes the same approach and has produced a module which is 5mm thick. The result is a thinner camera module that features over double the focal length of the 2x zoom module. So, not only is it able to zoom further, but it accomplishes this while being thinner. Thanks to the internet's creativity, we have Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus/ S10 Wallpapers that will hide the notch by blending it into the subject of the wallpaper.

Lastly, the Note 10 is rumored to have no buttons; a camera on the S Pen; and four rear cameras.

Samsung may be prepping for the Galaxy Note 10 as its next premium flagship but the South Korean tech giant still has the Galaxy S10 series to market.

Instead, the former of those two gadgets is expected to ship with exactly the same hardware, not entirely dissimilar to what's on the Samsung Galaxy Fold but with fewer sensors on that device.
