Samsung is launching some new phones in the United States.

Samsung will be expanding its United States smartphone portfolio this summer; starting in June, the first of three Galaxy A-series devices - the most affordable one starting at $179.99 - will be available.

Look for the Samsung Galaxy A50 to touch down on June 13 for $349.99.

The Galaxy A50 features a 6.4-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display driven by an octa-core SoC (four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7GHz), a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 512GB via microSD). The update brings One UI version 1.1 to the smartphone. It comes pre-loaded with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. The J7 Pro also started receiving the update to Android Pie last week, with the update spotted in Russian Federation.

Abandoned Baby Discovered Alive In Stockton Dumpster
Apartment managers said they spotted the girl walking into the complex Tuesday morning, sometime before the discovery of her baby. The police department reminded the public that newborn children can be surrendered to designated facilities in the city.

The One UI update for the three Galaxy smartphone brings features like navigation gestures, floating Samsung keyboard, Night mode which enables a system-wide dark theme, as well as Android Pie's Adaptive Battery and Digital Wellbeing. Even though Samsung scrapped the Galaxy J series earlier this year, the continued support should keep the existing users happy.

Samsung will also be launching the Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A10e in the coming weeks, with the A10e starting at only $179.99. The Galaxy Note 10 Pro is also rumoured to come with 45W fast charging features giving it one of the fastest in the world.
