Katy Perry fuels Taylor Swift collaboration rumours

In her Tuesday post on Instagram, Katy Perry stated simply, "Let's Be Friends", in the text that accompanied a picture of a plate of chocolate chip cookies surrounded by two peace signs and "PEACE AT LAST" in red icing and her tagged her beloved friend Taylor Swift. "I really want to clear the air" and "I'm deeply sorry". Swift then released her back catalogue on Spotify the same day as Perry's new album came out.

Taylor also commented on the Instagram post with 13 hearts!

In 2017, Perry said during a 24-hour YouTube live stream that she forgave Swift. And two weeks within the past, Swift added Perry's unusual bop, "Beneath no conditions In actuality Over", to her Apple Music playlist. They could chew over that thought some more with their own plate of cookies. We don't think that was simply decoration. Katy Perry revealed that she and T-Swift had a girls' night on Instagram and tagging her former foe in the caption.

"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not", Taylor said. Perry and Swift famously split in 2014 following a disagreement over backup dancers.

The song simultaneously calls out mean keyboard warriors and acts as a Pride anthem - just in time for Pride Month. The album will have four separate deluxe editions available at Target.

However, Katy and Taylor have now buried the hatchet, and fans suspect they're working on an exciting collaboration.

It is also rumoured that the huge single "Bad Blood" was about the ongoing disagreement after the "1989" singer told Rolling Stone the hit was about a female artist who tried to "sabotage an entire arena tour".

Let's not forget that after a short spat between Swift and rapper Nicki Minaj, the pair performed together at the MTV VMAs in 2015.
