Vivo Z1 Pro Expected Specs, Release Date June 2019

Vivo has announced a partnership with Flipkart wherein smartphone maker will be launching the new Vivo Z1 Pro exclusively on the e-commerce firm's platform.

The device will also feature an in-display selfie camera which is a reference to a punch-hole display of the smartphone.

Vivo is all set to launch its Z-series smartphone in India soon, named as Vivo Z1 Pro, which could be a rebranded Vivo Z5X, that was introduced in China recently. But now it appears, Vivo will rebrand the Z5x to the Z1 Pro for the Indian market.

According to speculations, the smartphone could be a variant of Vivo Z5x, launched in China last month as the brand's first handset with a punch-hole display. The "notify me" of the device now went live on the company's company official website revealing the complete first look of the device. Apart from teasers, Vivo has additionally confirmed an "AI Triple Rear Camera" for the upcoming smartphone.

Running on Android 9 Pie, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and will be fuelled by 5,000 mAh battery. The above teasers from the company clearly suggests that the Vivo Z5x could be rebadged as Vivo Z1 Pro in India. A 4GB of RAM will ensure phone runs smoothly even the most memory intensive applications & show no signs of lag. The volume rocker, power control, as well as the SIM card slot available on the right and left sides respectively, while the flip side seems to be made of polycarbonate material with a gradient design.

On the camera front, the Vivo Z5x has a triple rear camera setup with 16-megapixel as a primary sensor with f/1.78 aperture, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back panel of the phone.
