While Roy will be out of action for the next few games with a hamstring injury, captain Eoin Morgan - who had a sore back in the last fixture - hopes to be available for the clash, even though it would all depend on how he "pulls up". Himself in doubt for Tuesday's game but Morgan insisted there is no need to hit the panic button just yet.

In Morgan's absence, the captaincy would pass to Jos Buttler, while Moeen Ali - who missed out against West Indies - might be the likeliest player to step into the side. Afghanistan made three changes, bringing in Najibullah Zadran, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Dawlat Zadran.

Playing in their second World Cup, bottom-placed Afghanistan lost all four of their matches till now to South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand respectively.

Match starts at 3pm IST.
