SRK, Aryan to voice Mufasa, Simba in ‘The Lion King’ Hindi version

And who better to bring alive the magnificence of the film in Hindi than the King of Bollywood himself - Shah Rukh Khan; who pairs up with son - Aryan Khan to voice for King Mufasa and his son Simba respectively.

Confirming the same to Hindustan Times, SRK said, "Voicing the father-son duo of Mufasa and Simba has been such a wonderful personal and professional moment for Aryan and me".

Shah Rukh Khan, who will dub for Mufasa's character in the Hindi rendition of Disney's The Lion King couldn't be more "glad" to be voicing with it with his "own Simba". "We are most excited that AbRam is going to watch this". The duo will be dubbing for the Hindi version of the film that has been revamped to reach a wider audience according to the makers of the film.

The Lion King will be released in theaters on July 19, 2019.

For the Hindi version of its latest fantasy musical, Aladdin, Disney got singer Armaan Malik to lend his voice for the central character and to sing a special number for the film.
