The presidential election ramps up this week in Central Florida with President Donald Trump kicking off his bid for a second term in Orlando on Tuesday.

Headlines on Monday about a short outtake from George Stephanopoulos' ABC News interview with President Trump were remarkably similar.

Stephanopoulos' heavily promoted Sunday night interview with the president attracted 3.91 million viewers, while ABC's "Celebrity Family Feud" picked up 6.1 million viewers in the same timeslot, on the same network one week prior, according to TV by the Numbers, which cited Nielsen ratings.

Donald Trump said that the public will see his financial statements at some point but in the middle of his sentence, he lost his train of thought due to coughing in the room - by one of his own staffers, no less. "I was told by multiple people when I came aboard to never cough or sneeze while in the presence of Trump", she wrote. "Much, much bigger. Much, much better than anybody", he bragged before saying it's a "fantastic financial statement".

Worshippers don hard hats for first Notre-Dame mass since devastating fire
Church leaders have been keen to show life goes on at the cathedral as donations to help rebuild it trickle in. The Archbishop of Paris Michel Aupetit led the first mass in Notre Dame two months after the devastating fire.

But then, Mr Mulvaney begins coughing, to which the president becomes visibly frustrated, and says to Stephanopoulos, "and let's do that over, he's [Mulvaney] coughing in the middle of my answer". "I don't like that, you know, I don't like that", the president fumed.

While the camera operators reset, Trump warned Mulvaney, "If you're gonna cough, please leave the room".

Trump repeated his statement on not releasing his tax records and the interview carried on smoothly. "Your chief of staff". "You just can't cough, you just can't cough".
