The Boston Celtics seem to be preparing for life without Kyrie Irving, but will that prompt them to make some nuclear moves on draft night?

With six picks in the 2019 NBA Draft, the Atlanta Hawks will have the most flexibility of any team when Thursday's draft rolls around. In the wake, they're rumored shopping the fourth pick, now outside of the Lakers swap. They may skip over the player who wants to play in NY, but if Garland catches their eye in this last-second workout, this might be the next point guard picked by a franchise without much luck at this position in the last 20 years.

The Celtics, though, are not the only team interested in trading up to No. 4. New Orleans, on the other hand, is considering the offer.

They could flip that pick in order to move up for Barrett and they're also considering moving back, according to a report from ESPN. Depending on Garland's performance in his final workouts leading up the draft, the Bulls might have to risk a future asset to acquire the guard in a trade.

However, Garland was once a highly touted recruit out of high school, joining Vanderbilt for his only collegiate season. Garland averaged 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in those appearances, his team winning an all games where he played three or more minutes.

"According to an National Basketball Association source, New Orleans has explored moving back to gain more assets and also had internal talks about moving up to the second pick to take Memphis' selection and draft RJ Barrett to team with his Duke compadre Zion Williamson".
