Georgia Mother Orders Moana-Themed Cake, Gets Marijuana Instead

The hilarious goof up went viral after Kensli who works as a bartender at a Longhorn Steak House, posted pictures of the cake on Facebook.

The birthday celebration brought a big surprise when the cake turned out to feature a marijuana leaf and a My Little Pony-style illustration of an equine smoking a joint.

A Georgia woman said a miscommunication while ordering her birthday cake led to dessert having a marijuana theme rather than the intended Moana theme.

A seemingly-innocent request for a Disney-themed birthday cake has backfired spectacularly.

The cake they received was incorrectly, but artistically prepared - complete with green letters, a cannabis leaf and a "high" pony with "red eyes" and a puff of smoke blowing from its snout.

The post is a hit on social media, racking up more than 11,000 shares.

She told the local news station that she admired the artistic icing job, and thinks it was an honest mistake since her family has ordered cakes there for years. "(Because really I do)", Kensli wrote on Facebook.

"Well needless to say these people thought she said marijuana", Ms Davis wrote. She wrote: "That ice cream cake was still good though".

"I was very shocked (but) it was hilarious to me", she said.
