It's not a feud - it's the fact that they're the three highest-paid celebrities this year, according to Forbes.

Forbes famous that Swift's 2018 "Popularity" stadium trek was the best grossing tour in US historical past at $266.1 million, and likewise that the artist benefitted from a brand new cope with Common's Republic label and the sharing of proceeds from Common's sale of its Spotify stake.

While the "ME!" singer's latest earnings come in at $185 million, her net worth is reportedly much larger.

Taylor Swift has beaten Kylie Jenner to be named the world's highest earning entertainer.

Meanwhile, Swift's new record deal recently made headlines again, when she accused talent manager Scooter Braun of bullying her over a period of several years, and claimed that Big Machine founder Scott Borchetta didn't give her a fair opportunity to buy back her master recordings before selling the company - and thus her catalog - to Braun earlier this month. It's the second time she's are available in at No. 1 - after she beforehand led the pack for 2016 - making Swift the primary music artist to take the Forbes lead twice.

But activists, including Sierra Club chief Michael Brune, were not impressed. At the same time, he insisted on the importance of economic growth.

Jenner's brother-in-law Kanye West returned to the list after a four-year hiatus.

Soccer star Lionel Messi came in fourth place ($127 million) whilst Ed Sheeran ($110 million) completes the top five. 20-year-old Shawn Mendes is the youngest person on the list, at No. 98 with earnings of $38 million, while the oldest is 77-year-old Paul McCartney, who ranks at No. 62 with earnings of $48 million.

It actually goes beyond that, though: Forbes just published their list of the highest paid celebrities over the past year (not just musicians), and Swift is No. 1.

Although the top two spots were both women, only 16 of the 100 top-paid celebrities were female.
