Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 registers decent start at box-office

The film was expected to take a big start since it was the solo Hindi release of the week, and it was superstar Hrithik's first release since Kaabil in January 2017. The movie made Rs 6.18 crore in North America, Middle East, UK and other regions combined.

Actor Hrithik Roshan might be busy with the release of Super 30 now but the excitement around his next film has gripped his fans.

Super 30 is a film that has been inspired from the life of Bihar's popular teacher, Anand Kumar and his classes.

On the box office Super 30 is competing with Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh which is going really strong, Ayushmann Khurrana's Article 15 and Hollywood film Spider-Man: Far From Home.

The total collection of Super 30 now stands at Rs 29.75 crore. Biz picked up at metros/urban centres [Mumbai and South specifically] towards evening.

"Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the latest box office figures of the movie and wrote, "#Super30 has a decent Day 1... Mass pockets are ordinary/dull. The film received a decent opening by earning a good amount of bucks at the box office on its release day.

Hrithik Roshan's "Super 30" hit the theatres on July 12 and movie enthusiasts flocked the theatres to watch the movie. Sustaining and proving its mettle on weekdays crucial. Super 30 also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Mrunal Thakur, Aditya Srivastava and Amit Sadh. The worldwide collection of Super 30 can be placed in the range of Rs 35 crore or above, as per early predictions.
