First Look Inside the 'CATS' Movie

The video features numerous star-studded cast, including Taylor Swift, James Corden, Idris Elba, Rebel Wilson, Ian McKellen, Judi Dench, Jennifer Hudson, and more, prancing around set and explaining what the production process has been like.

Given the caliber of talent working on this massive feat of a production, Elba says he sometimes felt the pressure to do his best and keep up.

"But it turns out not to be". In the film version the part will be played by Jennifer Hudson.

Washington D.C. [USA], July 18 (ANI): Ahead of the "Cats" trailer, that is releasing tomorrow, a behind-the-scenes first look of the film was unveiled by the makers. Well to put it plainly, Jellicles do and Jellicles can, Jellicles can and Jellicles do, Jellicle cats sing Jellicle chants, Jellicles old and Jellicles new.

With one of the most sterling rosters in recent memory and with a respected filmmaker standing at the helm, Cats should become a box office success and a hit with audiences. As one could imagine, large-scale sets and elaborate costuming were required to make humans look like cats. The movie's first trailer is out on Friday.

A fan on Twitter captured the change, which also included Rebel Wilson as Jennyanydots Ian McKellen as Gus The Theater Cat and Idris Elba as Macavity.

Instead, we were treated to a new trailer that showed off the playable heroes of Borderlands 3 happily killing off their foes. The original shooter-looter returns, packing bazillions of guns and an all-new mayhem-fueled adventure.

The stage musical once held the record for the longest-running musical on Broadway and London's West End.

Universal has released a behind-the-scenes teaser for their highly anticipated, holiday adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's iconic musical Cats.

"[We] have people coming together from all different corners of entertainment", she added. "The size of this movie is big, three or 4 occasions larger for the cats perspective".

Cats is out on December 20.

"I was cast in 1981", explains Dench, of her history with the musical.

Britain's Tom Hooper, whose past credits include Oscar Best Picture The King's Speech and musical Les Miserables, has directed the film.
