TMZ is reporting, insane as it may be, a Swedish judge has sided with prosecutors on this request, ordering A$AP must stay in jail for one more week to give prosecutors time until they can make a "final decision" next Thursday. "We remain deeply concerned about the detainment of Rakim Mayers, also known as A$AP Rocky, and his two companions David Rispers Jr., and Bladimir Corniel".

The AP, citing Sweden's TT News Agency, reported that Carl Risch, U.S. assistant secretary of state for consular affairs, was seen Friday at the Stockholm prison where Rocky and his associates are being held.

"When I say African-American, I think I can really say from everyone in this country because we're all one".

OH pastor Darrell Scott, a black longtime Trump supporter who has worked with the administration on urban justice issues, said he was among those who raised the issue with Trump last Friday night after Rocky's management reached out for assistance.

The first lady then chimed in, saying that the White House is working with the State Department to release the artist quickly: "We hope to get him home soon".

Financier Jeffrey Epstein says his finances are too complex to provide an immediate valuation of his assets to a federal judge. Prosecutor Alex Rossmiller argued that given his wealth, Epstein poses an "extraordinary risk of flight".

"OK, I'll look into it", he said Trump responded.

"We have worked intensively with the investigation and need more time, until Thursday next week in order to complete the preliminary investigation", Suneson said. A defense lawyer has said it was self-defense.

Kim Kardashian West, Diddy, Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Nicki Minaj are some of the celebrities who have shown public support for the Grammy-nominated Rocky.

President Donald Trump said Friday that first lady Melania Trump alerted him to the Swedish arrest of rapper A$AP Rocky when he was asked about reports that his administration is helping to resolve the matter and Kim Kardashian West's involvement. It was not clear who else was involved. "I have been called by so many people asking me to help A$AP Rocky". And Adriano Espaillat, a New York Democrat in the House of Representatives, is pushing for the release of the rapper, who was born in the Harlem neighborhood of New York City.

Thousands have signed a petition to free the rapper, who, in a video of the alleged assault, claimed that the two men following him and his team were "slapping girls butts". "Your commitment to justice reform is so appreciated", Kardashian West wrote in the tweet.
