Nightdive Studios is now also working on a remake of the original System Shock.

There aren't any further details than this, but the enhancements will likely be in line with the features planned for Nightdive Studios' System Shock.

Now Nightdive has announced that its latest remaster project will be System Shock 2: Enhanced Edition, a new version of the 20-year-old title that will follow in the footsteps of the System Shock: Enhanced Edition re-release that came out in 2015. 'You asked for it and we are working on it, ' Nightdive Studios cheekily revealed in a post to Twitter.

Canadian police reveal how teen fugitives died after manhunt
Last week, police closing in on the pair had found items linked to the suspects on the shores of the Nelson River. The two guns are being tested to determine their connection to the three deaths in northern British Columbia.

System Shock 2 is a classic from the 90s that had a big part in creating the genre we now refer to as the Immersive Sim.

System Shock 2 was originally developed by Irrational Games and Looking Glass Studios, with famed game designer Ken Levine at the helm. We're also to expect System Shock 3 in the future from OtherSide Entertainment, so with the big injection of System Shock games in development I couldn't be more excited. It could be as simple as a 4K PC re-release, or it could be as ambitious as a multi-platform relaunch for one of the best sci-fi games of all time. But what exactly will this new edition of the game bring to the table?

System Shock 2 was an incredibly important game for the game industry so it's excellent to see it being given some love.
