Death Investigation of Ex-NFL Player, Wife Resume in Long Prairie

Todd County sheriffs officials are searching for the couple's son - identified by authorities as Dylan John Bennett, 22 (via The Associated Press) - in connection with his parents' deaths.

The bodies have been sent to the medical examiner's office to determine a cause of death.

There's no apparent threat to the community, authorities said.

He started his career with the New Orleans Saints, and then played for the New York Jets.

Jon Kringen, superintendent for the Long Prairie Grey Eagle School District, said Bennett rarely talked about his National Football League career unless someone asked.
