It's been nearly 14 years since she has released new music and the fans have been eagerly anticipating what she would sound like in the music that is released today. In partnership with Pepsi, MTV will take whoever's in NY this weekend on a walk down memory lane as the museum spotlights the visionaries who made Elliott's greatest hits as visual as they are auditory and showcases scenes from some of her most iconic music videos, creating an environment flawless for an honorary Instagram moment. "I am humbled and grateful", she wrote. (As a bonus, this five-track EP tacks on an a cappella remix of its last track, "Why I Still Love You"). You, my fans and God are the reason I am here and have celebrated every milestone with me. The project also includes brand-new tracks called "Cool Off", "DripDemeanor", and "Why I Still Love You?" "So, I have a SURPRISE for you", she shared online.

Timbo hit up Instagram Friday to co-sign Missy's new Iconology EP and hint at more to come. A few weeks ago, Elliott told Marie Claire magazine it was time to make people dance again, and as such, the video for "Throw It Back" delivers. Recently, she made guest appearances on Ariana Grande's "Borderline" and Lizzo's "Tempo". "I'm dropping a collection of new songs".

Additional information and updates can be found through the official Missy Elliott website.
