House Dems Seek Docs On Pence Doonebeg Stay

Since the policy of the US Ministry of Justice does not allow prosecuting the incumbent president, the House of Representatives is the only institution that can now hold President Trump accountable for obstructing the investigation of former special prosecutor Robert Muller on Russia's "interference" in the 2016 elections.

Hosting next year's summit at Trump National Doral Miami could potentially present a conflict with the Constitution because the foreign governments that would attend the meeting will spend money on lodging, transportation and security.
