The Rockstar Games Launcher serves as a repository for some of the studio's most popular games including the dominant Grand Theft Auto V. Technically it's a re-branded version of the Rockstar Social Club but it is significant because of a game leak from Australia.

Rockstar Games has this week rolled out a new game launcher for PC gamers, and to encourage more downloads, it's offering a free game for a limited time.

In addition to its attempt to making game curation a bit easier, the Rockstar Games Launcher will keep all of your games updated automatically and includes cloud save functionality.

According to TweakTown, it's possible that Rockstar is also launching the new game launcher as the storefront of its Red Dead Redemption 2 game available on PS4 and Xbox One.

This is a Windows app that lets fans access their Rockstar Games PC collection in a single place. Including Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, there are now only seven games available for purchase through the client.

Champions League: Manchester City ignore injury woes to sink Shakhtar
Manchester City scored the most goals (30) and had the best shot conversion rate (17%) in the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League . Shakhtar's only success against The Citizens came on match-day 6 of the 2017/18 campaign against a heavily rotated squad.

Ride along with CJ for free after downloading the new Rockstar Games launcher. Installing the launcher will also add a digital copy of GTA: San Andreas to the library for free.

Critics of the Epic Games Store, though, argue - with or without merit, depending on personal opinion - that Epic's approach fragments the gaming ecosystem in a way Steam never really did.

If you don't have any of those games, you can, of course, buy those from the launcher as well.

The Rockstar launcher is now available for download only for Windows users. That means RDR2 on PC probably won't be sold on Steam or the Epic Games Store.

Regardless of whether you want to use the launcher or not, a free game is a free game.
