Ohio State has jumped the Sooners in the Amway Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports to the No. 4 spot following Week 6, as the Buckeyes took down No. 23 Michigan State and Oklahoma defeated Kansas, both by a large margin. MI picked up a big 10-3 win over Iowa and Nebraska kicked a game-winning field goal as time expired to beat Northwestern, 13-10.

"I think we showed flashes, but we weren't really consistent the whole game on the offensive side", Fields said. "You have to respond and I thought we did". "Iowa was one. I think Wisconsin was one because they get it done with toughness, they get it done as a team, team oriented". Seven of those eight games were decided by 10 points or fewer, with the Badgers' 30-6 win in East Lansing during Michigan State's miserable 2016 season as the outlier. We're looking forward to the challenge and it should be a great football game.

The junior who likely will be playing in the National Football League next year ran the ball 24 times, averaged over 7 yards per carry and had an electrifying 67-yard breakaway for a touchdown late in the first half.

Wisconsin is 10th in the nation in rushing at 254.0 yards per game and Taylor is obviously the top threat.

Defensive focus: Michigan State entered last week's game at Ohio State fourth in the nation in rushing at just 55.8 yards per game.

The Spartans answered with a touchdown drive of their own that displayed some of OSU's deficiencies from 2018, as big plays opened up and MSU scored on a 20-yard pass from Brian Lewerke to Darrell Stewart Jr.

Measles outbreak up to 17 cases
One dose of the vaccine is 93% effective at preventing measles, and two doses are 97% effective against the disease. The disease was declared eliminated in the U.S. in 2000, meaning there was no continuous transmission for a year.

Fields, a Georgia transfer, is completing 70% of his passes, has accounted for 26 touchdowns and is the only player in the country to have a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown in each of the first six games.

"(Northwestern) played them well, they stopped the run effectively, at least, somewhat", Dantonio said. You've got to be able to stop the run against these guys.

Defending the kicker: Michigan State kicker Matt Coghlin's struggles continued last week.

Justin Fields looked less like Superman and more like a mere mortal at times against No. 25 Michigan State on Saturday night.

With Urban Meyer out, Ryan Day has come in as head coach and the Buckeyes haven't missed a beat. "Just saying. You might not abbreviate".
