While flying from Lahore back to Islamabad, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's plane encountered a terrifying electrical storm, resulting in two aborted emergency landings.

As William and Kate saw the melting glacier, William, who has long campaigned for environmental causes, said communities "vulnerable to change" needed "more education, more awareness and political action" to deal with the increasing effects of climate change.

The hospital was started by Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, whose first wife Jemima Goldsmith was a friend of the late princess. "The view from this hill would have been quite different when my grandmother, the Queen, first visited a half century ago", Prince William said.

"I imagine we will also see her in traditional dress, in bottle green, which is the national colour, and a dress embroidered with Jasmine, the national flower", says royal style observer Claudia Joseph of what we can expect from Middleton's royal tour wardrobe, per Vanity Fair.

William and Kate later visited the historic Badshahi mosque, also previously visited by William's mother during one of her visits to Lahore.

The royal couple lauded the initiatives undertaken by Pakistan's government to combat climate change and to alleviate poverty, added the statement.

Kate later teased William about his dancing, after the Cambridge's watched a performance in Bumburet.

Wrapping up their fourth and penultimate day, the couple will then travel to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre.

According to Yahoo, Goldsmith now works as a producer and a journalist in the U.K. She and Khan were both at Princess Diana's funeral in 1997 and share two sons, Sulaiman and Qasim.
