Unfortunately for the Chiefs, the injuries at key positions and to key players have piled up ahead of their road matchup against the Broncos.

The Titans are making a change at quarterback in hopes of salvaging their season.

Marcus Mariota will be on the sideline and Ryan Tannehill will start at quarterback when the Tennessee Titans take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, according to a report.

No official announcement from the team had been made as of Tuesday evening.

No one really expected much out of the Denver Broncos, but even then, their 0-4 start was surprising to say the least. "He can make plays". I support him throughout everything.

Cardinals Week 6 offensive snaps and observations
Murray had his best game as a professional, completing 27 of 37 passes for 340 yards, with three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Falcons stayed on the road, flying directly to Phoenix and practicing for a week in the desert before Sunday.

NFL.com first reported the switch at quarterback Tuesday night.

For Mariota, he has racked up 1,179 passing yards to go along with 7 touchdowns and 2 interceptions during the 2019 season.

The Denver Broncos are catching the Kansas City Chiefs on a short week at possibly the best time, or worst time if you're a Chiefs fan.

Tannehill finished 13-of-16 for 144 yards with one interception, and led the Titans into the red zone on multiple occasions. He also played at the end of a season-opening rout in Cleveland.

There are at least five teams that could possibly enlist the services of Mariota, whether as a starter or a backup in 2020. It was Tannehill's first action since the Titans traded for the former Dolphins starter back in March. However, the Titans offense has struggled from top to bottom, and the trend continued this week.
