Mahomes suffered the injury on a quarterback sneak.

Injuries are the worst and you hate to see any player in the National Football League struggling with the physical effects of the game, but it's the same for every team.

Mahomes has been dealing with ankle issues, but tonight he hurt his knee. He put an arm around each trainer as he made his way off the field. He quickly headed to the locker room to undergo additional tests. The injured ankle tarnished some of the Mahomes Magic as reality caught up to the star quarterback and his fans. Mahomes' injury may have affected his abilities to lead the Chiefs to a win against the Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans in back-to-back weeks.

Given his injury and the banged-up offensive line protecting him, that might not seem to bode well for the third-year pro having success against a quality Broncos defense that finally seems to be hitting their stride under new head coach Vic Fangio.

Linked deaths rise to 33 as officials expand lab testing, CDC says
Charlie Baker last month announced a statewide ban on the sale of vaping products, a measure that has been challenged in court. The majority of those affected by the outbreak are young people, with about 80% of cases occurring in people under age 35.

Hopefully, the injury just looked worse than it actually was. "We knew that his ankle was injured so we chose to possibly have a healing service to help him heal that ankle quicker".

Broncos-Chiefs is on FOX and NFL Network.

That being said - If Mahomes is going to miss the entire season, Moore isn't the guy to keep the ship afloat.
