Police searching for missing Alabama girl converge on an apartment complex

Police looking for a missing 3-year-old girl in Birmingham, Alabama, have swarmed around a residential area a few miles from where she was last seen.

She's described as having black hair, brown eyes, and is roughly three feet tall.
