Police searching for missing Alabama girl converge on an apartment complex

Police looking for a missing 3-year-old girl in Birmingham, Alabama, have swarmed around a residential area a few miles from where she was last seen.

She's described as having black hair, brown eyes, and is roughly three feet tall.

Officers later put out an alert for a 2001-2006 Toyota Sequoia in blue with a tan or brown trim after a man and woman were seen "enticing children with candy".

Both were questioned about the girl's disappearance, but police have not called either a suspect in McKinney's case.

The couple's detainment came after two condominium residents discussed the possibility that their neighbor was the man depicted in the photos released by police.
