Democratic presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard continued her attack on Hillary Clinton Tuesday night - sending out another campaign video blasting the former secretary of state's foreign policy as a "disaster".

Gabbard, who is now polling at 1.3% nationally and at 2.0% in Iowa and New Hampshire according to RealClearPolitics, has been verbally sparring with Clinton for several days after the former senator strongly implied during a podcast that the Hawaii Congresswoman was a "Russian asset".

Although Clinton did not explicitly name Gabbard in the podcast interview, her spokesman Nick Merrill piled on with a tweeted response to questions about whether she was the target. Gabbard slammed the Times for publishing an article chronicling Russian media interest in the congresswoman that she said unfairly characterized her as a Russian asset.

The Washington Post reports two sources close to Clinton say she's still considering entering the 2020 race for the White House, potentially setting up a rematch with President Donald Trump.

The interview, with former Barack Obama campaign manager David Plouffe for his "Campaign HQ" podcast, revealed Clinton's fear that Republicans will try to divide Democrats in 2020 by fostering third-party campaigns that could siphon off liberal votes.

Gabbard resigned as vice-chair of the Democratic National Committee in February 2016, and endorsed Sanders for president over Clinton. Yang also suggested he's open to running on a ticket with Joe Biden as the party's vice presidential nominee.

"Tulsi Gabbard deserves much more respect and thanks than this".

Vermont Senator, Sanders, was in the final race to be named as the Democratic candidate for the 2016 presidential election, before he was defeated by Clinton.

"Tulsi Gabbard has put her life on the line to defend this country".

The former first lady and NY senator has also ramped up criticism of Trump for withdrawing US support of the Kurds in Syria, and called him a "corrupt human tornado" after he an impeachment inquiry was raised when he asked Ukraine to investigate Biden.

Gabbard's campaign has been promoted by Russian state-owned media and a number of alt-right websites and defended on Twitter by the Russian Embassy. But she repeatedly said she will not run as an independent or third-party candidate if she doesn't win the Democratic nomination. She's previously faced controversy and criticism from leaders in her party for her unorthodox foreign policy positions, like her decision to meet Syrian President Bashar Assad. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far'.

"Bernie joins Trump and thousands of Russian bots in defending the person who blamed the U.S. instead of Assad for gassing his own people". He added: "These people are sick".
