The Bulldogs will host the Buckeyes on September 14, 2030, and Georgia will travel to Ohio State for the season opener on August 30, 2031.

In the week they were ranked No. 1 in the College Football Playoff ratings for the first time ever, the trailer reminds the Buckeyes that "great success requires greater sacrifice". And it's unlikely that it comes into the Horseshoe against this Ohio State team and finds a way to be competitive, much less win the game. The only meeting so far was the 1993 Citrus Bowl, which Georgia won 21-14 behind the exploits of running back Garrison Hearst, who was named the game's MVP after scoring two touchdowns.

"This is going to be a terrific series for fans of both programs to look forward to down the road", Diana Sabau, Ohio State University Deputy Athletics Director, said.

Kirby Smart has arranged yet another high-profile home-and-home series for Georgia's football team, and this time with one of the biggest names yet.

The Bulldogs are also slated to play neutral-site games in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga., against Virginia in 2020, OR in 2022, and Clemson in 2024.

Georgia also has scheduled games against UCLA in 2025 and 2026, Florida State in 2027 and 2028 and Texas in 2028 and 2029.

Earlier this year, Georgia announced games against Oklahoma in 2023 and 2031.
