Jordan (R-Ohio) is the raze Republican on the Residence Oversight Committee and is identified for adversarial questioning of witnesses and garnering media consideration.

Democrats, who have the majority in the House, are planning for the public hearings stage of the inquiry to be conducted only by the intelligence committee, which Jordan does not now belong to. Rick Crawford of Arkansas, will step other than the panel all the strategy thru impeachment court docket cases to construct room for Jordan, Residence GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy launched.

He has been a near constant attendee at closed-door depositions of witnesses being conducted by the House intelligence, oversight and foreign affairs committees, talking frequently to reporters afterward and defending the president on television as well.

"Jim Jordan has been on the front lines in the fight for fairness and truth". "When it is finished, Rick will rejoin the committee and resume his work to keep our country safe".

Jordan says the Democratic chairman of the intelligence panel, Representative Adam Schiff, should have to answer questions about his staff's early contacts with the whistleblower.

Jordan and Meadows take a seat on the Oversight Committee, whereas New York's Zeldin serves on the International Family members Committee.

Disney+ launch date for Ireland finally announced
Disney + will also arrive in Germany, France, Italy, Spain on the same date, having already soft-launched in the Netherlands. Amazon Fire TV users won't have to worry about missing out on Disney + when it launches next week.

Jordan was also one of about two-dozen GOP lawmakers who stormed a closed-door deposition last month after blasted the Democrats for holding the impeachment inquiry in a secretive manner.

When pressed on President Trump's Ukraine quid pro quo, Ivanka Trump dodged the question by mentioning the White House-released memo of the now-infamous call between her father and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that was part of an effort to dig up false allegations against POTUS' political rivals. Trump has denied wrongdoing.

Trump's allies want to try to counter potentially damaging testimony by USA diplomats during next week's public hearings by presenting the whistleblower as a partisan figure who helped Democrats launch an impeachment inquiry that had always been considered, according to House of Representatives Republican aides and strategists.

"On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, we will hear from [U.S. charge d'affaires for Ukraine] William Taylor and [diplomat] George Kent", Schiff announced.

Former US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch will testify on November 15, Schiff added. "So everything is in the transcript", Trump said, while claiming that she hasn't been reading transcripts of depositions current and former administration officials in the ongoing impeachment inquiry.
