WWE 2K Facebook Account Hacked In A Big Way

We reported on Friday night here on eWn that the official Facebook pages of WWE 2K/2K Games were hacked. The hackers posted messages in support of a player that Electronic Arts has banned for repeatedly violating its terms and conditions.

It appears the 2K WWE page has been restored as of late Friday night, but you can still find a bunch of screenshots of the hack posted in the comments sections of the latest posts.

Amazon continues to be 'smarter' than Google in the speaker race

This was not an incident exclusive to WWE's 2K pages, but 2K overall as vulgar posts were made throughout their many social media pages.

Hopefully, they will get things back to working order again soon. Whatever the cause, it's clear that 2K Games really needs to re-evaluate the security measures and passwords for all its social media accounts. "We condemn these posts and apologise to everyone offended by the content". On a related note, the hacker had also given a shout out the "Chuckling Squad", another hacker who had previously claimed responsibility for hacking into the Jack Dorsey's - the founder of Twitter - own account.
