Cold & breezy with more rain possible Sunday

Cloudy skies and the pretty good chance for rain showers will dominate today's forecast once again. Our main threat with this system is damaging winds but a brief tornado can not be ruled out along the line, mainly for locations in North Mississippi. Temperatures in the chilly upper 30s to low 40s. We aren't done with the active weather just yet.

MONDAY: Mostly sunny and cold. Despite highs in the low to mid-40s here at the surface, the air could be enough above for some snowflakes to mix in with any rain showers. Winds increase with gusts up to 35 miles per hour possible.

There may be a few breaks in the clouds early Sunday before turning gloomy with rain/snow showers Sunday afternoon and evening. Lows bottom out right around freezing.

Saturday is shaping up to be windy and stormy as another storm system rolls on through.
