Another weekend of college football is in the books and there were a few games with College Football Playoff implications on the line. "We go on to the next one".

This epic hype trailer might be the best we've ever seen for Georgia football and that's saying a lot.

Georgia lost its top receiver, senior graduate transfer Lawrence Cager, when he suffered an ankle injury last Wednesday and underwent surgery on Friday.

Star running back D'Andre Swift was knocked out by a shoulder injury.

Fromm said Pickens' ejection was "tough" for the team.

"I saw them seize an opportunity today", Fromm said.

On Blaylock's score, a scrap broke out between Pickens and Georgia Tech cornerback Tre Swilling on the other side of the end zone, with each player throwing punches. We're going to help George.

Things got chippy as the game turned into a blowout. Pickens was ejected in the third quarter of the Georgia Tech game, triggering a suspension.

Klopp’s reaction to Liverpool’s tense 2-1 win over Brighton
Brighton boss Graham Potter was pleased with the performance of his side but felt they paid the price for some lapses. Imagine you go on there with shorts and a really thin shirt and some gloves which are not made for keeping you warm.

Pickens and Swilling received offsetting unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.

Demetris Robertson also hauled in three first-half passes for 23 yards, and tight end Charlie Woerner even nabbed his first-career touchdown.

"He probably could have gone back into the game if he needed to, but he knew it wasn't that kind of game, " Smart said. Their ultimate goals are still attainable, but to get there they need pass catchers outside of Cager and Pickens to step up.

"Our guys kept battling, but it got away from us in the third quarter", Collins said.

Senior receiver Tyler Simmons has stepped up the past two games. Fromm continues to struggle with his accuracy, Pickens' absence will be a key loss, and the injury to Swift is a concern going into the SEC championship.

Cager and Pickens are tied for the team lead with 33 catches. He enters his third straight SEC championship game after failing to complete half of his passes in four straight games.

Asked about the Bulldogs' possible plan against LSU if Swift is limited or can't play, Herrien said "Just run the ball".

Now comes a step up in competition against undefeated LSU.
