Copa America draw decided with Australia and Qatar added to the mix

The draw is grueling for all involved, with Group A containing Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Asian Champions Qatar will face Neymar of Brazil in next year's Copa America after being drawn in Group B of the tournament on Tuesday.

Australia coach Graham Arnold said his team was relishing the prospect of facing Argentina in Buenos Aires.

The quadrennial event will run through July 12 with the final in Barranquilla, Colombia.

So Argentina is placed in Group A alongside & (as invitee).

Chile scored back-to-back victories over Argentina in the finals of the Copa America in 2015 and 2016.

Qatar played in this year's Copa along with Japan, drawing their opening group match but failing to get past the group stage.

"The Copa America is the oldest global football competition in the world and we are honoured to have received an invitation to compete", said Socceroos coach Graham Arnold.

The top four teams from each group at the 2020 Copa America qualify for the quarter-finals.
