Gabrielle Union allegedly departed from "America's Bought Expertise" after racial accusations. "I didn't get let go; however, I left".

She added: "I thought she was great". Reports claimed Union was sacked after she was perceived as hard by Cowell and his team of producers for speaking up about workplace concerns.

According to Variety's report, Union had concerns over offensive incidents that happened on set.

Union and her husband Dwyane Wade have been voicing their opinions on the firing, with Variety since reporting Union had been told repeatedly that her hairstyles were "too black" for the "AGT" audience.

Sharon Osbourne, who appeared on the reality competition from season 2 through season 7, talked about it Monday on the CBS talk show "The Talk," which she co-hosts. He will return next year along with Cowell and host Terry Crews.

NBC insiders told Page Six that producers on the TV talent hit had no knowledge of Union being given any demands over her hair, and said that she herself had told producers not to take her complaints over Leno to Human Resources.
