OnePlus is rumoured to introduce three new models of its next flagship smartphone in 2020.

We say that because OnePlus has invited Chinese media to an event at its headquarters in Shenzen on January 13, where it looks set to show off its new display technology.

The event invitation doesn't reveal much, except for the obvious that it is related to the screen technology.

Mays’ transfer plans follow father’s lawsuit against Georgia
Mays would've been the favorite to be the left tackle for Georgia in 2020 had he returned to the school. His younger brother, Cooper, signed with the Volunteers during the early signing period in November.

The 120Hz display will be an upgrade from the 90Hz refresh rate display thay has been seen in the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T series.

OnePlus 8 Series this year in the first half of will be submitted. Asus is the only brand to have introduced a smartphone with 120Hz refresh rate display in India till now with its ROG Phone II.

The most possible reason for this event would be the latest screen display technology for the upcoming Flasghip phones of OnePlus. Only a handful of phones support this high refresh rate on displays, but as the trend continues 2020 is going to bring a lot of phones with smoother displays. Although no official announcement has yet been made, the event, which will take place on January 13, is said to introduce 120 Hz refresh rate technology. The OnePlus 8 Pro is expected to be powered by a 4,500mAh battery that 50W fast charging technology. We're not sure what this represents, but we suspect it'll be part of another prototype phone like the Concept One. At the center of this new "concept" is a material, electrochromic glass. The glass has a unique property of turning opaque and then transparent again.
