According to sources, it's Xiaomi's Black Shark 3 that is all set to become the world's first smartphone to pack a whopping 16GB of RAM.

The alleged information comes from a device with the model number SHARK KLE-AO obtained from a Chinese certification site. The Asus ROG series of phones and the Nubia Nubia RedMagic series phones would be competitors of Black Shark 3. A 16GB RAM would suit a gaming device such as Black Shark 3.
