Ultimate, Masahiro Sakurai, will host a livestream revealing the next DLC fighter.

If a character has appeared in a video game which has been released on a Nintendo platform, then they are eligible; now our favourite Nintendo characters which we'd love to see are Wart from Super Mario Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai will fill fans in on the juicy details. Sakurai has done this with past DLC characters like Banjo-Kazooie and Terry Bogard.

Like the last Nintendo Direct, which focused on Pokemon, this Smash Bros Ultimate Live Stream will be roughly 35 minutes in length and will feature only the new DLC character for Super Smash Bros. The director will then run down the character's various attacks and specials. The game is highly competitive, sparking a community of high-level players who attend tournaments. Who do you hope makes it into Smash Ultimate? This could mean that development on this character is close to completion and we may not have to wait that much longer for them to be released. This new Direct will only build upon that. In a sense, it could be anyone joining the roster.

UEFAs trick for Cristiano Ronaldo to get in 2019 XI
UEFA changed their Team of the Year formation so that Cristiano Ronaldo could be included, sources have told ESPN. They claimed that Portugal's success in the UEFA Nations League was the catalyst for the formation change.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available now Nintendo Switch.

Not only do the DLC characters keep things fresh, each new fighter encourages hardcore fans to re-approach how they play.

The mystery fighter revealed in this livestream will be the last of the five characters in the first Fighters Pass DLC.
